In this section, we wanted to include some of the main services we can offer to other departments within the Company. One of the most important recent developments was the 2010 reform of the Criminal Code, which introduced the possibility of criminal charges against companies and their directors. Consequently, a preventive plan against malpractice within companies is required. This is what is known as Compliance. The private detective will play a key role within the Compliance plan, both in the prevention phase (management of the whistleblower channel, candidate reports, investigation of potentially dangerous links) and in the investigation phase (corruption, misconduct, or other issues).
